A family company passed down for generations, the Alziari family has been making olive oil and olive oil based products in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France since 1868. This jar of small black olives is made of a variety called 'cailletier'. Like olive oil, this product is Nicolas Alziari's specialty. At each harvest, the fruits are sorted, placed in the oven and then stored in a cellar for at least 6 months before obtaining an exceptional result. It has fine flesh, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment.
